Return & Exchange Policy

At Sea-Enna West Coast Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your jewelry, we're here to help with our straightforward return and exchange policy.

 

**Returns:**

- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- To initiate a return, please contact sea.enna.westcoastjewelry@outlook.com to request a return authorization.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

**Exchanges:**

- We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the delivery date.

- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- To initiate an exchange, please contactsea.enna.westcoastjewelry@outlook.com to request an exchange authorization.

- Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item to you.

- Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

**Damaged or Defective Items:**

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

- We will provide instructions on returning the item for a refund or exchange, depending on the availability of the product.
